What belongs here

Posts that give other members something useful: specific experiences, honest

questions with context, sober-friendly date ideas, boundary conversations, and

thoughtful social plans.

What does not belong here

• Medical diagnoses, treatment instructions, or dangerous withdrawal advice
• Recovery gatekeeping, stigma, or pressure to disclose private details
• Controlled-substance sales or instructions for abusing substances
• Dating-profile screenshots or private recovery information without consent
• Posts with no substance beyond the title
• Promotional content or external links without context
• Spam or repeated posting of the same content

The quality standard

Every post should answer: "Is this useful, respectful, and safe for an adults-only

sober dating community?" If the answer is no, it may not be published.

Enforcement

Posts that do not meet these standards are blocked before publishing with specific feedback on what to add. Moderators may remove, hide, or lock posts and comments that violate these guidelines after publication.
